Chevet Properties Ltd is a small firm based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We have been active since 2006 and have overseen the development and management of sites consistently. We are involved in both commercial and residential property and have built a wide range of close knit, consistent, reliable and experienced book of contacts to best aid the smooth development and management of your sites.

Our Process

Every development or management site we undertake will have a bespoke and tailor made service aimed to cater for the unique wants and needs of each of our clients. We do this to help make our service as efficient and clean as possible. Here at Chevet Properties we can oversee everything involved in property development and management; from applying for planning, cutting the grass, salting the roads to building & managing multi million pound commercial and residential properties.

Our Past. Our history in property development and management stretches back over 16 years and ranges between developing and managing single residential homes to multi-million pound commercial properties. We have done so with exceptionalism winning awards together with our clients and their properties. When CPL was established we set a mission to provide a service that is both personal and professional, this has been the foundation as too how we have operated and continue to operate.

Our Present. We are currently working hard to oversee many new budding projects, from aiding in the purchase and renovation of major commercial real estate in Leeds to managing the sourcing, planning and sale of a large plot of future residential real estate. On the management side, we are maintaining the grounds and structure of properties in our portfolio along with aiding in finalising new energy contracts and implementing greener options for our clients in a bid to battle the rising prices. At present we are focused on striving forward to perfecting our service in all areas that we operate by streamlining our approaches and techniques alongside building closer relationships and expanding our contacts.

Our future. At CPL we aim to increase our operations and are constantly on the lookout for future opportunities. We are excited to see where real estate will take us and are eager to tackle any new challenges that we may face.
